This is a non-smoking building.
Turn the air conditioning off when you go out. It is kinder to the building, and the room cools again quickly when you switch it back on.
Please keep the noise down between 22:00 and 08:00. Overnight visitors need a word with the desk first. Parties are not allowed.
Do not flush sanitary towels, tampons or food.
If something breaks, tell the desk the same day.
On the day you leave, clear leftover food and empty the fridge.
A mid-stay clean can be arranged on stays of four nights or more. Ask at the desk. Extra cleaning on a given day is also possible; the price is at the desk, by apartment.
