Who we are
LIOZ Lisboa is a tourist-apartment establishment (apartamento turístico, RNET no. 12654) at Campo das Cebolas 23, 1100-316 Lisboa.
The controller is Reimagine Living Lda, tax no. 519107110, Av. José Gomes Ferreira 15 7U, 1495-139 Miraflores. Reimagine Living Lda owns the establishment.

What we process
We process what the stay and the site need.
- Booking: name, contact, dates, apartment, requests (extra bed, crib, late arrival). Direct booking runs through book.liozlisboa.com.
- Check-in: an identity document, where the law requires it.
- Stay: desk requests, housekeeping, anything you report as broken.
- Site: what you write in the Let's Talk form, and the technical minimum for the page to load. Non-essential cookies only if you accept them in the cookie notice.
We do not ask for health data. We do not sell data.
Why
- Booking and stay: contract.
- Identity document and guest register: legal duty.
- Let's Talk form: to answer what you asked us.
- Non-essential cookies and marketing: only with consent. You can withdraw it at any time, in the site's cookie settings or at reservations@liozlisboa.com.
- Damage claims during the stay: legitimate interest.
Who we share it with
With those who run the booking and the stay: the booking engine (Guestcentric, for a direct booking), the payment provider, and the channel you booked through, if it was not direct. Also with the authority, when the law requires a guest register.
We do not sell your information.
How long
We keep the booking and the invoice for the legal archive period. The identity document only for as long as the guest register requires. Marketing, until you withdraw consent.
Your rights
You may ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, and a copy of the data you gave us. Write to reservations@liozlisboa.com. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).

If this text changes, the new version stays on this page, with the update date at the top.
